Message is undeliverable to connection (Mediator)

We configured the ACA-py mediator with the Aries Bifold Mobile App. We are able to establish the connection between mediator and Bifold mobile app. While connecting with Websocket (wss) for communciation, we encounter the error which says Message is undeliverable to connection. I have attached the error snap for the reference. Please help me with the following issue.
