Removes the presentation protocol v1 from the core in favour of plugin.

@jamshale it looks like BDD test failures are for present-proof scenarios: should those test be updated as well, or is this another transient issue?

The failing BDD Interop tests are expected to fail until the plugin is installed and configured. I have a PR here https://github.com/openwallet-foundation/owl-agent-test-harness/pull/921 which I have tested with this branch and the plugin branch PR.
