Better error messaging for incorrect filters used on issuance/presentations

When the indy filter is used with an anoncreds wallet it fails, which is expected, but the error message isn't informative. Just has a message about the IndyVerifier Class being unavailable. It should instead say something like You are using an anoncreds capable wallet, please change your filter type or something.

We should check the error messages for the opposite scenario as well. When anoncreds filter is requested with an non anoncreds wallet. I'm pretty sure this has an appropriate error response already.
