Increase number of AATH tests between ACA-Py and (at least) Aries Framework JavaScript

In preparation for Version 1.0.0 of ACA-Py, an assessment of the AATH tests run between ACA-Py and the other Aries Frameworks (especially Aries Framework JavaScript) should be conducted, and additional tests activated in the daily tests that should be working based on the reported features of the frameworks. For example, as of writing this issue, Aries Framework JavaScript's AATH backchannel only supports AIP 1.0 tests, but Aries Framework JavaScript itself supports much. of AIP 2.0. We need those tests running between ACA-Py and AFJ.
