Add support for BBS+ Signatures

Dependent on #9.

Note that due to the additional ZKP capabilities that are defined for AnonCreds v2 (including link secret, equality of claims across credentials, predicates, and possibly others), it is expected that the BBS+ signature implementation may have features beyond the currently proposed IETF BBS+ specification.
