Support Tape

Hi minifabric,

I searched minifabric and it seems we support for caliper. https://github.com/hyperledger-labs/minifabric/search?q=caliper

May I know if minifabric able to suppose tape?

and tape is discussion for distribution deployment for now. https://github.com/Hyperledger-TWGC/tape/issues/212 is there any thing we can lean/reuse from minifab for distribution deployment?
