i can.t not find the organizations/orderedOrganizations & peerOrganizations with the newest release fabric-samples

What happened?

when i got working the configuration along with this tutotials.when i came the order : cp -r ../fabric-samples/test-network/organizations/ . , i can't find the orderedOrganizations & peerOrganizations two files.

What did you expect to happen?

i hope the official can update the file or the tutoials and give me a solution.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

just work under the tutorials
