Ubuntu 20.04

Is is being considered to publish sawtooth packages for ubuntu 20.04, if so is there an estimated date?

@MarioPalomaresGallego We don't currently have a date for this on our roadmap but I'll investigate the effort. I'll keep this issue updated with any information about progress.

@MarioPalomaresGallego I took a look at this the other day, and unfortunately because we build and package a whole bunch of python dependencies into .deb packages, the effort is non-trivial. It looks like we probably won't update to 20.04 until after the validator is rewritten in rust and we don't currently have an ETA for that.
