Update with Evernym fixes

LibVCX improvements and bug fixing:

fix payload versioning for complex cases
fix attachments serialization/deserialization
fix types in python wrapper

@jovfer since Artem has left the project, would you like to get this reviewed by me or @mirgee? It could be also opportunity for us to improve our knowledge of the codebase.

Seems like a lots of goodies here @Artemkaaas @jovfer but could you guys summarize what the fixes are? Also there's some merge conflitcs now, it would be pity not to have this merged.
