Build Indy library for iOS Simulator

The current Indy.framework library, mentioned in the installation manual, contains only a library built for arm64 architecture. It would be good to have also library build for x86 architecture to run it inside the iOS simulator.

This is mainly related to the Indy SDK build process itself but we're tracking it here for convenience.
