Solution

We want public documentation for Hybrid HaaS comes after the PI step and frames itself as a path to production-izing a PI deployment. All details of the process, including the AW address to transfer ownership to, are public here. It is loudly called out to not transfer ownership without coordinating with AW first.

Things to include:

• An overview of the handoff process
• Update the docs on how to run a PI validator following https://github.com/hyperlane-xyz/hyperlane-monorepo/issues/3720
• How to transfer ownership to AW
• How to update warp route ISMs at the end of the handoff process to not include the trusted relayer ISM
