why does not hyper support header read timeout for h2?

hyper only support header read timeout for http1.1? Why notdevelop this feature for h2? @seanmonstar

As with everything, because nobody got around to doing it. I've implemented it for h1 because that's were I needed it the most. One day I may implement it for h2 or h3, or I may not. If you need it you are free to implement it yourself :smiley:.
