hyperd crash not handled

When there's nil pointer, index out of range in grpc service, hyperd will crash and the error log can only be found in /var/log/messages instead of hyper log files.

Any example for these crash messages in /var/log/messages? I can't find them, but I've had hyperd crash with no error two times now..
