Unify component look

Since Google doesn't appear to share components among parts of the site, many of them will be similar but look different in different places. Ideally we want to create one style for each component that is reused everywhere, even when it looks different on the original page. With the button and container functions, this has already happened to a certain degree, but there are MANY more places that could be consolidated.
