[FEATURE] Bump PHPUnit to v12 in Hyperf 3.2 for Pest 4 compatibility

Hi guys. I noticed PHPUnit has been bumped to v11 in Hyperf 3.2. Would it be possible to bump it to v12 instead?

This will allow people to use Pest 4 in their projects, which has a lot of new features. Like browser testing.
