Update Deprecated cpu.utilization Metrics to cpu.usage

The cpu.utilization metric has been officially deprecated in OpenTelemetry and related monitoring systems. According to the OpenTelemetry blog post .cpu.utilization will be removed in future releases and should be replaced with .cpu.usage for continued compatibility and support.

Need toreplace all instances of cpu.utilization metrics in this codebase with cpu.usage. like this
