Can't remove/hide "Get Started" section on left-hand sidebar

As the title says, the "Get Started" section on left-hand sidebar cannot be removed/hidden.
Hi @mscdex - you should be able to collapse it and the collapse should be remembered, the getting started guide should age out after I believe a week of the instance running and never show up after that.
Maybe we can allow it to be permanently dismissed after setup is complete (is it complete in your case?) - we just don't want users to accidentally dismiss once and then never find it again (common issue I've ran into in the past)
I think it's something that should be able to be entirely removed immediately. For people that know what they're doing it just takes up potentially valuable space on the side bar (collapsed or otherwise).
It would be perfect if you could add env vars such as "HIDE_CLOUD_BANNER".
