Provide feasibility to select multiple webhook/mail/direct teams destinations

As a user, I would like to send email, Slack, Teams, or webhook alerts to multiple destinations, such as multiple teams or multiple Teams channels. I expect to have the option to select multiple destinations both while creating an alert and in the “Send To” option in the UI.

Thanks @nareshntr, we'll take a look at adding this feature.

In the meantime, a workaround would be to create multiple alerts for the same saved search, each with different destinations.
