better configuration options for HyperDX.init in the HyperDX app

The HyperDX frontend sends logs and traces of itself to otlp collector endpoint: https://github.com/hyperdxio/hyperdx/blob/56fd856d7a839a28560e1a59d1d74cc52499f2f6/packages/app/pages/_app.tsx#L78-L86

It would be nice to have the ability to customize the parameters or to disable it.
