Add getting started with Python and PyTorch/Torchhd documentation page

I think we should work on adding a getting started page to the documentation for people unfamiliar with Python or PyTorch since there are also many other researchers that use Matlab or R for instance that could benefit from using Torchhd for their work but we need to make it accessible for them.
