Document set/get metadata methods

I see that @andrewosh added getMetadata(), setMetadata() and copy() in https://github.com/hypercore-protocol/hyperdrive/commit/e1165d081dcc7d32b68d2234cd152be08cce5db4, but this is not documented in the README. Are these methods officially supported? If so someone can open a PR to update the README.
