The playlist may get messed up when controlling playback remotely.

Beefweb is really a perfect project to remotely control a foobar2000 player. However, if I copy an existing playlist and rename the playlist to a new name, then something strange happens: I try to select one of the playlists or play one song in my playlist, then the remote control will select all the playlists that the new playlist was copied from. And I cannot remotely control the correct playlist I want. I mean copying the playlist, not selecting all music from one playlist and copying the selected items to another playlist. foobar 2000 v1.6.18 beefweb version :0.8, beefweb version 0.10 Both versions of beefweb have the same problem.

Hi qiminghang,

This might be caused by new playlist having the same internal id of the old one.

However I don't remember such function as copying playlists, could you clarify specific steps for this?

Yeah, and I guess so. So is there any method to solve this problem? The method I used to copy the playlist is by pressing Ctrl +C / Ctrl + V or right clicking a playlist and selecting the copy option, and then paste.
