"ERROR UNKNOWN (1)(-21474837448)" between two devices. how to solve it ? Android 4.4.4 also on Android 6.0

same issue: server android 8.0 "RTSP SERVER ERROR 1 start failed" rec. client android 6.0 "ERROR UNKNOWN (1)(-2..."

the other way round it works ;-) server android 6.0 and rec. client android 8.0
