Support DERIVE statements.

DERIVE statements are currently parsed, but not code is generated. DERIVE statements should generate code for property getters.

Also for consideration in STEP export, From ISO 10303-21:

Explicit attributes which got re-declared as derived in a subtype are encoded as "*" in the position of the supertype attribute.
