Update Implementation Status

Hello! I found https://www.hylo-lang.org/pages/implementation-status.html from the README, but I don't think it's been updated in quite a while (it seems to refers to 2023 as the future).

Would you mind adding a "Last updated: date" blurb somewhere on the page so it's easy to tell how current it is?

Naturally, I'd love to see the page updated too, if y'all can spare the time and effort 😁
