ExecDashboard Production releases & Average-lead-time in Product summary view

Hi, I am able to get the metrics for commits, static code analysis, code coverage and open source violations.

Can you please clarify how to get the production-releases and average-lead-time in the image attached?. I don't see a collector/code to calculate it and it is not generated in "portfolio-metric". Am I missing something here?.
