Processing HDF5 files

Hello Heyshik,

Thanks for creating this really nice software. I wanted to reproduce analysis from the paper : "Terminal Uridylyltransferases Execute Programmed Clearance of Maternal Transcriptome in Vertebrate Embryos" which was published in 2018.

I checked the deposited raw TAIL-seq datasets for this paper and they are in HDF5 format. Could I use the HDF5 files with tailseeker? From a previous issue in 2018 (https://github.com/hyeshik/tailseeker/issues/13), I understand that this was not possible at that time.

It would be of great help to know any suggestion about how I can proceed with this.
