Save custom actions in duplicate processing

I would like the ability to save custom actions in the duplicate processing flow, and reuse them later. I am not expecting something as fancy as being able to use them with a shortcut, perhaps just make them selectable in the dialog that appears when you click "custom action" or maybe a new button that says "previous custom actions" and brings up the list. As for how to save the custom action, I think a checkbox in the dialog where you set the tag/rating/note merge options that says "save this custom action for later" could be a good way of solving it; maybe also make the user give a descriptive name for use in the list of previous custom actions.

The reason why this would be useful is handling dupes depending on whether the tags in the files are already a mess of contradictory stuff from bad PTR submissions, or if they're fine and you can merge most/all tags. I like my default to not merge unnamespaced tags, but sometimes I find a better version that's not already well-tagged, and I want to copy all the tags from the version I used to have, and it's annoying to go through the full custom action flow every time such a situation occurs.
