Option to delete empty folders when importing

Option close to delete files on import to also delete empty folders. Ideally this should make it so when Hydrus is done and the settings are checked, only folders containing files that failed to import should be left.

Thanks, this is great. If I integrate the 'what to do with original files after import' options in 'import folders' to a new options structure that applies to manual imports too, then I could tack on a 'and delete empty folders' checkbox too.
