gallery-dl downloaders in hydrus ?
Was wondering about the current downloader system. With x.com and such not working for the foreseeable future and random downloaders breaking due to site changes would integrating gallery-dl as a library into hydrus be feasible as an alternative ?
To me it doesnt make sense to need to install hydownloader just to import some twitter links, and reality is with sites ramping up countermeasures against thirdparty scrapers, relying on a downloader system with much more opensource contributor time spent on bugfixes and updates would be more robust against site breakage
I like being able to do everything in hydrus, it doesnt make sense that hydrus own downloader is outclassed by an external downloader service. That or maybe find a way to support x.com links in hydrus again, because current downloader system doesnt work with them
