Invert tag selection

We have a way to invert selection with files (right click > select > not selected) but no equivalent for tags. This would be great for my use case, even better with a hotkey.

For example, with this feature, I could select all tags in the tag manager, scroll between similar files (e.g. duplicate filter), and select the difference set of tags.
