Shortcut to exclude selected files from current search page

I would like a shortcut that takes all selected files on a search page and adds their hashes to system:hash is not in predicate on that search page. Like the remove shortcut, but it would persist between refreshes. I don't need to have an equivalent for the media viewer that takes the currently viewed file and excludes it from the currently focused search page.

This only makes sense to have for search pages, so I'm not sure if it should be under a new section in the shortcuts menu or if it should go under thumbnails. Doesn't much matter to me.
