Computer sleeping causes window pop-up?

I update every week, and have since 435 and this has happened with multiple but not all versions.

Bug description and reproduction

Whenever my computer sleeps, or if the monitors turn off, this window pops up, if I go into the system tray and click the hydrus icon, it'll fix itself so I can minimize it to the system tray again.

This only happens if it's minimized to my system tray, but I always keep Hydrus minimized to my system tray, so it happens every time my computer sleeps or the monitors turn off.

Log output

I have no clue if there's a log associated with this issue.
