When closing a tab, respect setting "By default, put new page tabs on:" selection, by jumping back to the previos tab instead of just the right one

If you close a tab with the setting set to "left of current tab", then the right tab becomes focused on which usually is the parent tab. If you close a tab with the setting set to "right of current tab", then the right tab too becomes focused on which usually a unrelated tab.

A additional setting to select which tab should be focused on if the previos was closed would solve that (left, right, or if possible just "previos")
