Add a way to hide parent tags from related/suggested tags window

In one of the newer updates the related tags window started to add parents to the suggestions. My parents are weird, I use them to sort tags in a clean way that not impacts the original tags. The addition of showing parents in tag suggestions floods my suggestions with trash that when I accidently add those forces me to manually clean them out as they are not required or even can cause conflicts.

A feature to hide parents from that window (as the behavior was before) would fix my workflow.
