Note types

By type I mean things like uploader/creator comment, translation, meta data, and whatever else a user would want. Preferably the system would come with a few presets but be extendable by the user.

The reason for having types being that you might want to only display some notes in specific contexts or not at all. floo for example has talked about sticking meta data in a note for Hydrus Web and there would be just about no reason for a user to see this while browsing the client normally.

Different types would also allow a user to search for specific types of notes, such as if you want to search all your comics that have a translation note.
