A way to display all keyboard shortcuts in all shortcut/custom sets at once

It would be nice to see all shortcuts in use to decide which keys you can use for new ones. (I like to use unique shortcuts even when there can be no conflict)

There is a warning when you apply changes in the shortcut editor, but if you want to use a key combination not used anywhere else, you have to open up each category and look at the list.

Please add a way to display all shortcuts in use, perhaps something similar to the Edit Shortcuts window, showing all of them with a column for the shortcut set it comes from (or the custom ones). A way to generate an "HTML report" or similar of all the shortcuts may also be useful.
