Added EA440 protocol to transmit SSPs to the KM EA440 software

I've added the output protocol 'EA440' in order to transmit a SSP to the Kongsberg EA440 (SBES and sidescan) software. The actual protocol used is the AML CALC, so it's very similar to the HYPACK protocol already used by hyo2_soundspeed. The EA440 is however a bit restrictive in the sense that it will only work with CR+LF as new line characters.

As with the HYPACK protocol, there is no confirmation sent back from the EA440. However, the user can see the newly transmitted profile in the EA440 software (see below).
