chore: Clean out experimental code from repo

Like stageleft, particularly topolotree and maybe the datalog engine, should be cut out into their own repositories and should consume pinned versions of hydro (updating on release, perhaps, to prevent decay), to speed up our testing workflow

datalog has been copied to https://github.com/hydro-project/dfir-datalog, removing it from this repo is still WIP

Need to decide if we want to hide or move the datalog playground to a separate page (I think we should move it to a different page) https://hydro.run/docs/dfir/playground
