judge: sandbox: add stream interface

  • Add stream interface (requires sandbox v1.8.1+) to run program interactively.
  • Use ./bin/hydrojudge.js terminal to run an interactive terminal via the stream interface.
  • Draft as pending updates to nixpkgs for sandbox v1.8.1.
