I think such as Steam, Hydra could have a "Add non Steam game" type of thing. It would work mostly like Steam does. You select this option to add a custom game, then it opens a dialog telling you to pick a .exe file. From there, your game is stored in a completely generic game details page, where you can customize the title of the game on the sidebar and on the screen itself, enabling you to play and have other management features by there. Pretty simple, not hard to develop and solves this requested feature which many people have asked already.
