I have portproton and wine. By default, the locale cannot be used normally in wine, and therefore some programs give an error. And the second reason, when launching a file, KDE throws an error: Launching executable files in this context is prohibited for security reasons.

add the ability to change the methods of running exe files on linux, for example, use portproton instead of wine
