Bug with longer scroll views. Parallex doesn't work

If the scrollView is long enough, then if you scroll it, the topViewController doesn't show Parallex effect.

Guys, StreamingKit is long dead. You can use [FreeStreamer](https://github.com/muhku/FreeStreamer) which is a great alternative, and even better than StreamingKit, also has caching :D
