We just merged a fix for the Travis build problems which are unrelated to your PR.

Could you please rebase your PR against the dev branch?

Because the board is based on PCA9685 16-channel 12-bit PWM/Servo controller, the driver needs to be reworked or rewritten. Therefore I close this PR.
