featurerequest: automatic reconnect to lost port

It would be very nice if the app automatically reconnects to the last active port if this is lost. for serial connections to microcontrollers they sometimes close with a uC reset. currently for me this means i have to manually re-scan and reconnect to the last port. from a User-Perspective for example GTKTerm handles this very nicely :-)
