[Feature Request] Add support for Filen.io

Hi!
Firstly, thank you so much for making this project!

As a Filen Cloud user, I think it would be nice if you could — at least — add support for the Filen.io Cloud Service in your roadmap!

I know there is not (yet!) an official API and its documentation, but they have a desktop client released in open source, if this could help...

Just in case you aren't aware, Celeste uses rclone to do all the heavy-lifting for syncing files, which includes how all the server types Celeste has available can sync.

It doesn't look like rclone supports Filen yet, and from what I saw it doesn't look like they will be in the near future either. If they had an API released now that'd be a bit more feasible too, but even then it'd probably be up to someone to add it into rclone, and I'm not sure I'd want to work on it myself as it doesn't appear Filen is extremely popular yet :P.

We can leave this issue open to see if it can gain some traction with other people too though. Feel free to send any other comments you have as well.
