[Feature]: GNOME background app

Feature Description

GNOME 44 introduced background apps, (PR) which are 'preferred' over tray icons. Please consider adding this UI instead of a tray icon for GNOME users.

What version of Celeste are you using?

0.8.3 (flathub)

Background applications is exclusive to the Flatpak format, in Snap it will not work.
