[Bug]: Unable to parse release notes in "What's New" menu

Bug Description

When I try to open the "What's New" menu, Celeste is unable to with the following error text:

Unable to parse release notes:
Unexpected element 'description'
Line: 2, character: 1

(This is accessed by the following menu path: click on 3 vertical dots > Click on "About" > Click on "What's New")

I installed Celeste via the AUR on Manjaro Unstable.
