Add the ability to run fully in the background without system tray icon
Hi! It'd be nice if there was the option to hide the system tray icon while celeste is running. The tray icon is a black box (not sure if this is related to #56; I'm running Kubuntu 23.10) and I'm fine with just having the app run as a daemon in the background.
Hey @elydpg, does KDE not have an option to hide the system tray icon? If it doesn't, how big of a deal is this for you if I just got the tray icon working properly on KDE (it needs to be fixed up anyway, it's definitely not intended behavior)?
There is an option to hide the icon, yes. It still shows up in the list of hidden items though:
I think it would be nice to have a "daemon mode" like how syncthing works, where it runs totally in the background. Since I can hide the tray icon though it's not a high priority feature for me
The icon doesn't seem to actually work? I'm on ubuntu, and the black box sometimes will show up in the system tray, but even if it does show up, it never actually works- syncing stops, and any interactions with the system tray icon fail.
Ideas?
