No loading folder images with previews

Hi,

It doesn't load the images when I want to open a folder with the 'Create previews' option. It works if I do NOT load the previews

MacOS Catalina > Tested with JFileChooser & AWT ExifTool 12.25

note: this error also happened with the last version 1.9
